Alstom T&D India, engaged in the power transmission
business, has reported a net loss of Rs 1.81 crore in the second quarter of
current financial year as against profit of Rs 40 crore in a year ago period.
Total income from operations dropped nearly 9 percent to Rs
683 crore from Rs 748 crore during the same period.
At 10:00 hours IST, the stock fell 0.6 percent to Rs 202.90
after losing as much as 1.5 percent in early trade on the Bombay Stock
Exchange.
