UTI Mutual Fund has declared dividend under the dividend
option of both Retail as well as Institutional plans of UTI FMP Yearly Series
April '11. The quantum of dividend will be the entire distributable surplus as
on the record date.
The record date has been fixed as May 25, 2012.
