Reliance Power Q4 net profit up 24% at Rs 231 cr

Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group company Reliance Power 's consolidated net profit went up 24.2% over a year ago period to Rs 231 crore for the fourth quarter of FY12.

Consolidated net sales increased 7.7% to Rs 533 crore from Rs 495 crore during the same period.

Consolidated EBITDA margin too improved at 33.6% in January-March quarter of 2012 versus 31.2% in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.

At 14:18 hours IST, the share was trading at Rs 92.65, up 2.89% after hitting an intraday high of Rs 94.60 and low of Rs 90.95
