Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals ' (MRPL) net
profit grew by 8.9% year-on-year to Rs 602 crore for the fourth quarter of
FY12.
Net sales during the same period increased nearly 28% to Rs
15,838 crore from Rs 12,387 crore.
Company says crude oil imports from Iran will come down to 5
mt in FY13 as they may face problems in importing crude from Iran from July.
Gross refining margin stood at USD 7.07 a barrel in January-March quarter of 2012.
