Amtek Auto Q2 net profit up 83.33% at Rs 55 cr

Automotive component supplier Amtek Auto has announced its results for the quarter ended September 2010. It has reported net profit at Rs 55 crore as against Rs 30 crore, a growth of 83.33% on year-on-year basis (YoY).

Net sales jumped 53.2% to Rs 409 crore from Rs 267 crore.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 6.84 per share (June, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 24.08. The latest book value of the company is Rs 129.06 per share.

At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 1.28. The dividend yield of the company was 0.3%.

The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio stands at 24.01 on (NSE).
