India's largest private power utility Tata Power has announced its results for the quarter ended September 2010. It has reported net profit at Rs 247 crore as against Rs 182 crore, a growth of 35.71% on year-on-year basis (YoY).
However, net sales declined 6.04% to Rs 1,571 crore from Rs 1,672 crore (YoY).
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 34.54 per share (June, 2010). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 39.83. The latest book value of the company is Rs 443.83 per share.
At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 3.1. The dividend yield of the company was 0.87%.
The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio stands at 39.84 on (NSE).
