Kotak Quarterly Interval Plan Series 7: Dividend Declaration

November 23, 2010 has been approved as the record date for declaration of dividend under the dividend option of Kotak Quarterly Interval Plan Series 7.

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.
