

At DENIP, as a part of their training activities, the interns have been divided into two teams, each having a team leader. The team leaders are randomly chosen every week so that everyone gets a chance to be a team leader and experience what it is like to have a position of responsibility inside the organization.
Every Saturday, there is a performance evaluation where the performance of every member is rated individually as well as the performance of the entire team is rated. The team leader is required to rate his/her team members and the team members individually rate the team leader too and the average of their scores is the TL's rating!
Each team is mentored by one of the two directors so that they have a good source of inspiration and support and have some direction regarding what is to be done next!
