Salient points of Birla Sun Life Fixed Term Plan - Series CE are:

1. The duration of the scheme is 370 days from the date of allotment.

2. The new fund offer price at Rs. 10/- per unit.

3. The applicable load for Entry and Exit load is NIL. No redemption/ repurchase of units/ switch out shall be allowed prior to the maturity of the scheme. Investors wishing to exit may do so through Stock Exchange mode.

4. The scheme has Dividend (Payout) and Growth Option and the minimum application amount of Rs. 5,000/- in multiples of Rs. 10/- thereafter during the NFO Period.

The new Fund Offer opens on September 24, 2010 and Closes on September 27, 2010.
