Cummins India has reported a standalone net profit of Rs 128.6 crore in the second quarter of FY12, a fall of 23.4% as compared to Rs 167.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal.
Standalone net sales increased marginally to Rs 1,069.8 crore from Rs 1,067.5 crore during the same period.
The company issued bonus equity shares in the proportion of two equity shares for every five existing shares in the month of September.
