Kotak Quarterly Interval Plan Series 1: Dividend Declaration

Kotak Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under the dividend option of Kotak Quarterly Interval Plan Series 1.

The quantum of the declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date. The record date is December 15, 2010.
