Pro-motion I

Going by the roots of words, "pro" means "for" or "in favor of". It adds a very positive vibe to whichever word it appears in. When we look at the word "Pro-motion", going by the roots, it gets translated into "for motion". It makes one feel that something is afoot, some change is on the way. Promotion uplifts the image of a company, makes people aware of it. It adds to the brand equity of the company and this is why companies of the day are focusing so much on promotion.

At DENIP Consultants, one of the tasks assigned to the interns of this year is to promote the company. And they have chosen social media as the primary means of promotion. The investors of today are the youth of the country and the easiest way to reach out to them is through social media. The primary social media sites chosen for this purpose are Facebook, Twitter, Blog spot and LinkedIn.

Social Media promotion is supplemented by other means of promotion too including Google Ad-Sense and e-Mail & SMS updates.
