Record Date for Dividend in Sundaram Mutual Fund

Notice is hereby given that the record date for the purpose of declaration of dividend for Sundaram S.M.I.L.E Fund - Dividend option has been declared as under:

*Amount expected to be available for distribution on the Record Date.

All unit holders whose names appear in the register of Unit holders of the Sundaram S.M.I.L.E Fund - Dividend Option,as at the close of business hours on the said Record Date shall be eligible to receive Dividend declared. Investors should note that the payment of dividend is subject to availability of distributable surplus on record date. Pursuant to the payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme will fall to extent of payout.

The above dividend was approved by the Board of Directors of Sundaram Trustee Company Ltd. vide their resolution dated April 02, 2011.
