NOTICE CUM ADDENDUM TO THIS SCHEME INFORMATION DOCUMENT(S) / KEY INFORMATION MEMORANDUM OF ICICI Prudential Growth Plan and ICICI Prudential Power (The Schemes)

NOTICE is hereby given that the Trustee of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) have,in terms of the enabling provisions of the Scheme Information Document of the Schemes,have approved the following change in the name of the respective Schemes, which shall be applicable with immediate effect:

Investors are requested to make a note of the above change. The above change has been made to make the name of the Schemes simpler for the investors and to capture the essence of the fund.

All the other provisions of the Scheme Information Document/Key Information Memorandum/ addendums except as specifically modified herein above will remain applicable to the Schemes.

This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s) /Key Information Memorandum/ addendums of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time.
