Dividend Declaration by HDFC Mutual Fund

HDFC Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under HDFC FMP 367D March 2010 (1)-Dividend Option and HDFC FMP 367D March 2010 (1)-Quarterly Dividend Option. The quantum of declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.

The record date is April 5, 2011.
