Ms. Surabhi Chadhha - Fund Manager has resigned from the services of Escorts Asset Management Ltd.

Subsequent to her resignation, Mr. Rajat Buddhiraja has been designated as the Fund Manager- Fixed Income, with effect from December 1, 2010.
