Dividend Declaration under DSPBR FMP- 3M- Series 21

DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund has approved the declaration of dividend under dividend option of DSP BlackRock FMP- 3M- Series 21. The quantum of declaration will be 100 per cent of the distributable surplus as available under the plan(s) on the record date.

The record date is January 6, 2011.
