Shriram Transport NCD Structure.

Shriram Transport Pulic Issue for Non Convertible Debenture for 250 cr. and another 250 cr green shoe option is opening for subscription on 17th May.2010 and will be closed on 31st may,2010.

Rating: CARE AA+ by CARE, AA/Stable by CRISIL.

*Senior citizens applying upto Rs. 5 lacs shall be entitled to an additional interest on the above rates at the rate of 0.25% for Options I, II, and III only. The same is payable to original holders only.
